Commercial, multifamily and residential low-voltage systems

About Denver, Colorado

Technology that fits the way a building runs.

We design and build integrated technology systems that balance proven, well-supported platforms with what is genuinely new, sized to each project and its budget. Corporate space, multifamily property or a private residence, the work starts with understanding how you operate, so every component we select earns its place.

Our story

Founded to close a gap in the industry.

System Dynamics was founded because too much of the industry pushes the newest product, or the most profitable one, ahead of day-to-day usability and the client's satisfaction. We set out to deliver systems that are executed correctly, integrated into daily operations and daily life, and priced with respect for the budget.

We weigh cost against benefit on every line, so each feature and component adds real value without adding expense. The result is a fully integrated system with an intuitive experience for the people who use it, built around the way you operate and supported for years after the install.

Corporate, multifamily or residential, the same engineering applies: one schedule, one point of contact, and a help desk answered by the people who built the system. See how a project runs.

Meet the team

The founders are on every project.

Matt Johnson

Matt has spent more than twenty years in the electronics industry, from hands-on installation to system design and product development, so he knows what works in the field. His background in precision manufacturing and mechanical design shows in how our head ends are built and how our systems are put together.

He leads design and engineering on every project and personally makes sure we deliver on every promise we make, from the first site walk to the day the system is handed over and every call that follows.

Marisa Saturni-Johnson

Marisa runs the client side of every project: scope, communication, scheduling and the hand-off to support. She is the bridge between what a client needs and how the work gets done, and the reason a project ends with training, documentation and a number to call.

With more than fifteen years in client relations, project management and operations, she keeps our internal process clear and our team aligned on the same goal: a system that is designed well, works every day and is a pleasure to use.

After the install

A help desk staffed by the technicians who built it.

Every system we install can be covered by one monthly managed services plan: a 24/7 help desk answered by our own technicians, automated health monitoring of cameras, doors, network, audio and video, software license management and on-site dispatch when it is needed. The people who answer know the building, because they installed it.

We are licensed and insured in Colorado and serve metro Denver and the Front Range, Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, plus mountain communities, and multi-site operators anywhere in the state. See the managed services plan or start a project.
