What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect. When you submit a proposal or service request, we receive the information you type into the form: your name, company, contact details, property address, project notes and, if you attach one, a PDF of your plans. The form and any attached file are received and stored for us by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are visible only to System Dynamics staff. The site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it. To respond to your request, prepare a proposal, schedule service and keep a record of our work together. We don't sell or rent contact information.

Who sees it. System Dynamics staff, and the vendors we use to run our business, such as our proposal, ticketing and email systems, under their own privacy terms.

Client systems. Access, video and alarm data generated by systems we install belongs to the property owner. We access it only to provide the service you've engaged us for, under the terms of your service agreement.
