Audio video Denver, Colorado
Rooms that start the meeting, the game or the music on one touch.
Distributed audio, displays and video walls with control your staff run from a phone. Conference rooms that join the call on one touch, lounges that switch from the game to a playlist, and leasing centers that show the property at its best.

What we install
Audio, video and control for every shared space
One-touch rooms for any call platform
Displays, cameras and microphones tuned to the room, with a touch panel that joins the meeting on one press and a schedule that shows who booked it.
Distributed audio and displays staff can run
In-ceiling speakers in zones, displays for the game and the leasing video, and control from a phone so the lounge, fitness and pool deck each play what the residents want.
Displays, digital signage and background music
Leasing center video walls and tablets that show units and amenities, lobby signage for announcements, and background audio at a level that feels right at 7 a.m. and at 7 p.m.
Works with
Engineered alongside everything else in the building.
Audio and video rides the network we installed and follows the lighting scenes we programmed. The lounge display shows the intercom call. The same drawing set carries the speaker layout, the data drops and the lighting zones, so the room is designed once.

Which platform fits
Control platforms and displays, chosen by who runs the room.
For conference rooms, campuses and IT departments
Crestron fits buildings with an IT team and rooms that need to join any call platform on one press, with room scheduling, occupancy data and management from a central dashboard.
We specify Crestron for corporate offices, training rooms and multi-room amenity floors where consistency across rooms matters.
For lounges, leasing centers and residential amenities
Savant gives staff and residents a phone app that switches the lounge from the game to a playlist, runs the leasing video wall and sets the fitness room volume, on the same platform as lighting and shades.
We lean toward Savant where the people running the room are property staff, not technicians.
Displays matched to the room and the hours
Commercial displays rated for the hours a lobby or lounge runs, sized for the viewing distance on the plan, with video walls where the leasing center wants to show the property large.
We choose the brand by panel brightness, warranty and the mount the wall can take, and show the choice on the equipment schedule.
What drives cost
What moves the number on an audio and video proposal.
Room count and room type. A conference room with a camera, microphones and a touch panel is a different build from a lounge with two displays and ceiling speakers. Each room on the plan is priced on its own line.
Display size and video walls. Panel size, brightness and the wall structure behind it drive the display line. A video wall adds a processor, a mount and the wall preparation.
Audio zones. Each zone that plays its own source needs amplification and speakers sized for the space. Open plans and decks need more coverage than enclosed rooms.
Control and programming. The touch panel, the app and the integration with lighting, shades and scheduling are programming hours. It is where a room becomes one touch.
Infrastructure. Conduit, backboxes, blocking in the wall for mounts, and power at the display location are coordinated with the electrical set so they are in place before the drywall.
Support and licensing. Scheduling, cloud management and call platform licenses renew annually and are listed with the managed services plan.
What the building department and insurer expect
Content, licensing and the lease.
Television and music in a lounge, a restaurant or a leasing center are public performances and need commercial subscriptions and music licensing. We design around commercial sources and point the owner to the licensing they need before the room opens.
Displays and speakers in shared spaces are mounted to structure, with blocking coordinated during framing and mounts rated for the panel weight, so the installation passes inspection and survives the hours a lounge keeps.
Leases for retail and restaurant tenants often set hours and volume for amenity audio that shares a wall. We set schedules and limits in the control system to match the lease, so the system keeps the agreement without anyone watching a dial.
Questions
Questions we get on every project
Which meeting platforms can the conference room join?
Yes. Rooms are built to join the platforms the tenant uses, from one touch panel, and the laptop can take over the room when a guest needs it.
Can property staff run the lounge audio and video?
Yes. A phone app with the few choices staff need, source and volume by zone, with the complex settings locked behind a technician login.
Do you install video walls?
Yes, for leasing centers, lobbies and conference spaces, with the processor, mounts and wall preparation shown on the drawings.
Will the audio and video share the control with lighting and shades?
Yes. Lighting, shades, audio and video run on one platform where the owner wants one app, so a conference scene dims the lights, lowers the shades and starts the display.
What music can we play in the lounge?
Commercial streaming services licensed for business use. We set them up on the system and the owner holds the subscription.
Who fixes the room when a display stops working?
Our help desk, through the managed services plan, with remote diagnosis first and an on-site visit within the plan response time.
